Return/Refund Policy
I am happy to take a return/replacement within 30 days of ship date, if it is NOT on a customized product. (I do not accept returns on customized products)
Please email me if you have any issues with your order or would like to return. Please understand that it is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to pay shipping on returns. I will only process returns within the contiguous US.
A refund will be issued after the product is received and is inspected. If product is in new condition a refund for the full purchase price will be issued, if damaged or in condition other than new, refund may be a percentage of the purchase price.
If the product was received damaged/defective, please email me, with pictures of the damaged product. If a product is needing to be replaced due to damage, replacement will be sent only after damaged product return is received, unless otherwise stated by me via email. If refund is requested, refund will be given after damaged product is received by me. It will be the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to pay shipping on returns.
